Since I joined Homeprotect, I’ve had real space to grow and people who truly want me to succeed. My manager listens, trusts me to make decisions, and backs me when I try something new. When I need help, my teammates jump in, and we celebrate wins together - big and small.

I started as an HR Administrator and, with focused training and day-to-day support, Homeprotect gave me the ownership and confidence to take on more. I was trusted with real responsibility early on - managing processes and improving how we work - which helped me progress into an Associate HR Generalist. I feel supported, trusted, and encouraged to keep developing.
