I joined Homeprotect in 2019 as a Senior Product Owner and have grown into the Head of Agile Change, leading four structured delivery teams across Product, Core, Rating & Pricing, and Data. What's driven that journey is seeing how far the organisation has matured - from a single, large team into a structured, agile business operating with clear OKRs, a company roadmap, and Scrum practices.

What makes me most proud is watching an idea evolve from something undefined into a value-driven outcome - shaped through collaboration, built by the team, and delivered to production. Measuring that impact, whether it's improved customer experience, commercial value, or business reputation, is what reinforces the purpose of what we do.
